DESCRIPTION:Luca D’Abateorgano \n        Franz TunderPraeludium in f dur Dietrich BuxtehudeCorale "Herr Christ\, der einig Gottes Sohn" BuxWV 192 Johann Sebastian BachSonata n. 5 BWV 529\nPreludio e fuga BWV 566 Johann Christian BachSonata op. 5 n. 6 Joseph Gabriel RheinbergerSonata n. 14 op. 165 Graziano RiccardiLux in Tenebris (Commissione Amici della Musica di Padova) \nIl gioco del doppio tra illusione e disinganno\nSonate e concerti per due clavicembali\ntra Italia e Germania  \n\n\n\n  \n\n\n\nLa pratica del dialogo\, del confronto e del duello tra due strumenti a tastiera è testimoniata già dai primi anni del barocco in Italia\, Francia e Germania.  \n\n\n\nA partire dal “duello di due organi rispondersi con tanto artifizio\, et leggiadria” tra Andrea Gabrieli e Claudio Merulo agli organi della Basilica di San Marco a Venezia alla fine del ‘500\, sono rimasti famosi i duelli tra Georg Friedrich Haendel e Domenico Scarlatti a Roma nel 1707 in casa del cardinale Ottoboni\, in cui Haendel fu dichiarato vincitore all’organo e Scarlatti al clavicembalo\, e quello (mancato!) tra Johann Sebastian Bach e Louis Marchand a Dresda nel 1717. Il musicista francese\, dopo aver sentito improvvisare Bach all’organo\, preferì allontanarsi nottetempo dalla città per evitare il confronto. \n\n\n\nQuesto programma\, proponendo brani originali e trascrizioni di Bach\, del suo brillante allievo Johann Ludwig Krebs e del virtuosissimo Bernardo Pasquini\, tratteggia un percorso stilistico e geografico e mira a valorizzare le peculiarità di questo raffinato\, inusuale ed appassionante ensemble.
